We have an early check-in option. If the room is ready for check-in before 15:00, we check you in without prior payment. Just let us know in advance.

Guaranteed early check-in can be booked with advance payment. The cost is equal to one night’s accommodation. It all depends on the availability of booked room. If the room is available one day before the date of your reservation, early check-in guaranteed from 00:00. You can book the service by calling the reception desk +7 (966) 260-30-60

Karl House has a late check-out option. The cost of the service is equal to the daily rate. The service is only available if the room is not booked by other guests and allows late check-out after 20:00. You can order the service by calling the reception desk +7 (966) 260-30-60

On-site parking is available for guests upon request, 400₽/day. You can check availability at the reception desk.

Municipal parking lots are located on the nearby Dzerzhinskogo, Baturin, Mislawskogo and Karl Marx streets. On weekdays from 8:00 to 19:00 the parking lot operates in paid mode (50₽/hour). From 19:00 to 08:00 and on weekends or holidays it’s free of charge. More information: http://parkingkzn.ru

Smoking cigarettes and other devices is strictly prohibited in our hotel. There is a designated area in the backyard for smoking. In case of violation of the rules of stay, a fine of 1,500₽ and damages of 5,000₽ will be charged
